HVAC maintenance is easier when it's already on the calendar, which is the main reason our agreements exist. Instead of trying to remember to call, you get scheduled visits and a technician who already knows your equipment.

A Superior Heating and Cooling maintenance agreement can include:

The rebates are real. Energy Saver North Carolina is a real program with real money behind it. What’s not real is the version where you click a link and a check shows up.

Here’s the actual version. It’s a government process. You apply, you get quotes, you submit documentation, and you wait. The rules also changed on September 1, so what you qualify for now depends on the system you currently have.

That’s the honest pitch. Slower and less exciting than what you’ve been scrolling past, and it’s the one that actually pays out.

Is your house warm during the afternoon and chilly by bedtime? Our early fall months are the in-between stages here in central NC, and plenty of systems that handled the summer without complaint start showing their weak spots once they're asked to switch back and forth.

Here are a few habits that our team recommends. Pick a thermostat setting and leave it alone rather than chasing the temperature up and down, check your filter, and make sure supply and return vents are clear of furniture and rugs.

If the system cycles more often than it used to, airflow feels weak, you hear something new, or one part of the house never quite matches the rest, that's your signal to give us a call.

A comfortable downstairs paired with cold bedrooms upstairs, for example, can come from airflow balance, ductwork, thermostat placement, or equipment that isn't sized for the load. Those are all things our technicians can evaluate and fix.
