The Brookwood Modern Farmhouse is a classic, and we love to see the the homeowners visions come to life. Green board-and-batten siding, warm cedar gable beam accents, dark shutters on every window, a mahogany front door, and stone foundation detailing. Walk through that front door and you get 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 2,745 heated sq ft - a sage green custom kitchen, a whitewashed brick fireplace great room with sliding doors to the outside, and a primary bath mixing gold and black hardware in a way that absolutely works.
