Great review from Beau M.... "Our AC stopped blowing cold air late Thursday night (7/2), right before the July 4th weekend. After calling a few other companies going down a search list, ResAir was the first place that could guarantee a next‑day service call — call it fate... Cesar came out that Friday evening and confirmed what we’d been dreading: our 20‑year‑old AC had reached the end of its life, and with a furnace a year older, both needed to be replaced. We braced ourselves for a long, hot weekend with installation scheduled for Tuesday.
Monday morning, we were thrilled when Cesar called to let us know a crew had finished a job early and could start our installation that day — one day ahead of schedule. He even stopped by to walk us through the plan and personally introduce us to Luis and Pete.
These guys immediately got to work removing the old units, prepping the space, and once the new system arrived, they moved straight into installation. From the moment they stepped in, they were polite, professional, and incredibly informative. They confirmed we could add dampers and a second thermostat upstairs to finally balance the temperature throughout our home — something we’ve wanted for years!
The entire team, including those who came later that evening to help finish, was friendly, hardworking, and absolutely dedicated. They worked tirelessly until 10–11 PM trying to get everything connected. When the system wouldn’t sync that night, Luis was back early the next morning and got it running right away. Their determination — even after such a long day — showed how committed they were to making sure everything was perfect, and we are genuinely grateful.
Replacing an AC and furnace is a major expense, but the care, professionalism, and follow‑through from Res‑Air made it worth every penny. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Res Air and this team!"
