"Ken and his crew from Dawn til Dusk AC were very helpful! Our unit was old and had breathed it's last! Ken was able to get me a whole new furnace/AC unit for less than we thought-expensive, mind you, but not AS expensive as it could have been! We now have a quality unit and the guys were prompt and professional. A few days after installation, I noticed some things that I had questions about. Ken responded immediately, himself, and came over to take a look. He had the VERY minor corrections taken care of by the following week! Great customer service!!"

"I previously had Dawn Till Dusk repair My A/C unit a few years ago, so when my Mother in Law’s A/C unit quit working over the weekend, I immediately called them again. Once again, I am happy to report that Ken and The Dawn Till Dusk team is still delivering the same top notch Customer Service and care. Clayton again showed up to the appointment EARLY just as he did when he fixed my A/C unit. After performing an assessment of the unit, Clayton informed us of the problem, what HAD to be fixed, along with a number of items that should be fixed, and left the final decision up to us. Clayton told us that he had ALL the parts that he needed on the truck and didn’t have to make a trip to the Parts Store. Within two hours the unit was up and Running. "We finally found an AC company that didn't try to overcharge us. Our AC service for two units was half the price we received from another company. Recommendations were made to replace a few capacitors and the total cost was less than $300 for the total bill. A year ago another company quoted me $1500, no thanks and showed him the door. Great job Clayton. Thanks"
