Full-Time Carpenter
Pay: Based on experience
Position: Full-Time Carpenter
We are looking for a dependable, experienced full-time carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently work independently, take ownership of their projects, and follow direction when needed.
Responsibilities
* Complete residential carpentry and construction projects from start to finish
* Read and follow plans, measurements, and project instructions
* Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity
* Perform framing, decking, trim work, siding, doors, and general carpentry
* Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Communicate with the team regarding project progress and any issues
* Complete work accurately and according to company standards
* Follow direction and adapt to changing project needs
Qualifications
* Previous carpentry/construction experience preferred
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Must have your own basic hand tools
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Ability to safely lift materials and perform physical construction work
