About the Job:

Finish and prepare apartments for new tenants or buyers

Duties may include painting, light repairs, cleaning, and touch-ups

Work independently and as part of a team

Ensure quality results and attention to detail

Requirements:

Experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, or general maintenance preferred (will train the right candidate)

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks

Must have reliable transportation
