Cabinet delivery has officially begun!😊

This home will have more cabinetry than any home we’ve built to date, creating a space filled with warmth, character, and timeless charm. The showstopper is the huge kitchen island that will serve as the heart of the home—perfect for gathering with family, entertaining friends, and making memories for years to come. The hood is in another level and different than any other we have done. Front porch was also grouted, and looks amazing. Front exterior finishing touches are starting tomorrow.

We can’t wait to see it all come together!

Finishing touches are getting completed while we wait for our cabinetry delivery next week. There’s just something about a brick porch that adds so much charm, and this house has both back and front porches done!🥰

There’s just something about seeing real progress on site… and today it’s the hardwood floors going in. Crazy how fast it changes everything. It doesn’t feel like a jobsite anymore—it actually starts to feel like someone’s home. 😍

We’ve got new clients coming over later to go over plans, walk through ideas, and just talk it through. Those meetings at our house are always our favorite. It allows for more intimate setting to go over all the details, not feel rushed, and just really hear what our clients are looking for and make sure their new plans reflect that. 

This is the good stuff for us. Building, planning, and watching it all come together.

We love seeing this house come to life! Paint was started this week and we are loving the warmth it is already bringing to this home, especially with the wood details. Up next week…. Brick pavers for the front and back porches, bathroom tiles, and hardwood floor flooring 🤗🤗🤗

Love seeing all the details and progress on this house. The columns will be the dark sample you see on the porch, and I love how it brings out the variation of the brick… and those beams speak for themselves 😍
