Quick update on our Buddy Bear project on 83rd street. Building has been stained and we have our conveyor system going in! This coming week we will start our masonry scope of work as well as the roofing! Stay tuned!

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our friend and colleague Tim Cook. Tim was one of our site superintendents that has worked for us over the past 12 years. He has completed countless projects over the years and had a vast knowledge of the industry that some will never have.

Tim, we love you and will miss you dearly. Rest in peace our friend 🕊️

Hollowcore precast roof deck system is in place. Next up is all the detail work before we get the trusses going for our 2 towers! Stay tuned as we continue progressing through this build!

Precast panels are up on 83rd street! The rest of this week will be caulking and detailing and getting ready for our hollow core roof deck planks! Stay tuned!

Precast wall panels being erected this morning! By the end of the week we will have our building up!

Building our next Buddy Bear Car Wash on 83rd Street in Chicago! With our soil conditions, we had to go with helical piles to support our building. Now we are almost complete with the grade beams/footings. Next up is our precast wall panel er****on for the building!
