This week we welcomed a new plumbing apprentice to the team, and with that came a tradition that means a lot to all of us. Maxwell received a tool bag through the John Peterson Memorial Scholarship, a reminder that JP’s legacy continues to shape the next generation of plumbers at Blessing Co.

Moments like these are bittersweet. We miss JP deeply, but we’re grateful his impact lives on through the people learning and building careers in the trade he loved.

If you’ve met Dallas, you know he’s one of the quieter members of our team at first. Give him a little time and you’ll quickly see his personality come through, especially if the conversation turns to his wife and kids. Family is a big part of who he is.
Dallas has been a part of the Blessing Co. family for 5 years and he says it’s been his most positive work experience yet. What he enjoys most about HVAC is meeting new people every day, helping solve problems, and the fact that there’s always something new to learn in this industry.
When he’s not helping customers stay comfortable, you’ll likely find him gaming, hiking, or geocaching with his family.
We’re grateful to have hardworking, dependable people like Dallas on our team. Thanks for all you do!💙

Meet Jake! Jake has been part of the Blessing Company team for over 10 years, starting right out of high school as a plumbing apprentice and working his way to becoming a journeyman plumber. He truly grew up here, and it’s been incredible to watch him develop into not only a skilled professional, but a genuinely great person.
What Jake enjoys most about his job is helping customers, turning stressful situations into calm ones in a single visit. He takes pride in the experience he’s gained over the years and is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service every time he steps into a home. Making sure customers feel heard, comfortable, and confident in the work being done is always his top priority.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with playing golf and co****le. We’re grateful to have Jake on our team 💙
