We’re excited to partner with Team Schuringa-Five Star Real Estate to help provide a meaningful place of worship that supports the growing needs of congregations across West Michigan. I am really excited to share that Team Schuringa and Clear Construction have recently collaborated on a new church building concept to-be-built right here in West Michigan! ⛪️🏗

With efficiency, accessibility, and simplicity in mind, our goal is to present this 12,000 square foot to-be-built Church building as soon as we can find suitable land for our design.

👀We are looking for 5-8 acres of off-market vacant land for this building. Natural gas and sewer hookup will be very important for the long-term affordability goals of our concept.

✅️A few of the highlights of this custom church building is a clearspan sanctuary, 6-8 large classrooms, front offices for staff, a large kitchen, commercial bathroom spaces, and an inviting narthex. The entire building is ADA accessible with simple finishes and is expandable for larger occupancy needs in the future.

We are really excited to see this building come alive and we look forward to working with potential buyer's of this space!

This Mother’s Day, I want to recognize someone whose strength makes everything possible—my wife, Alecia.

Behind every professional milestone I’ve reached is a partner who carries an extraordinary weight at home. Alecia manages the nonstop demands of parenthood—school schedules, sports, homework, meals, logistics—with grace, consistency, and love. And she does it all while continuing to perform at an exceptional level in her own career.
