Construction at the Corewell Health GME Residency Housing project, a joint venture between Spesh Construction and The Christman Company, continues to move forward.

We're nearing completion of the Level 3 podium, with Cold-Formed Metal Framing (CFMF Walls) up next. Progress on Stair 1 and Stair 2 continues, while work advances across the project. With additional trade partners joining the site in August, activity will continue to ramp up.

Brady recently graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in Construction Management and brings a young, energetic, and hardworking mindset ready to tackle each day.
