Established in Greeley, CO, in 1971, Roche Constructors is a leader in the construction industry. It's a daily reminder of who we are and what we are about.

Roche conducts business on three principles - Respect, Responsibility, and Relationships. These three principles are the foundation of the company and are represented by the three R's that are built into our corporate logo. It's all about having respect for self and for others, taking responsibility for our actions and upholding our responsibility to our clients, and understanding that our company is successful because of the relationships that we develop with our clients. Founded in Greeley, Colorado, in 1971 by Patrick T. Roche, the company has grown to add regional offices in Las Vegas, Nevada; Westminster, Colorado; and Warsaw, Indiana. In our 50-year history, Roche has established itself as a leader in the construction industry. We offer a full range of services including preconstruction budgeting, scheduling, value assessments and constructability reviews, final estimating, project management and administration, and project post-construction services. Our diverse project background includes retail, education, government/justice, commercial office/banking, healthcare, light industrial, and recreation. Our focus is on establishing and maintaining relationships with clients who require the services of a solid and dependable contracting partner and expect the job to be done right, on time, every time.

The best projects start with relationships that last. 🤝

This summer, two longtime partners brought us back for new work:

1️⃣ Riverside Modernization Project | Fort Collins, CO: Alongside design-build partner alm2s, we're modernizing a 7,000-square-foot behavioral health facility for SummitStone Health Partners. This is our eighth design-build project for SummitStone.

2️⃣ Ballard House Renovation & Barn Shed Addition | Black Hawk, CO: Our work on historic Gregory Street continues. We're converting the Ballard House into a restaurant and adding a new barn shed next door.

Repeat clients are the truest measure of how we build. Thank you, SummitStone Health Partners and the City of Black Hawk, for your continued trust. Respect, Responsibility, and Relationships on every project; this is what Relationships look like at Roche Constructors.
