70 years as Wisconsin's premier paper bag manufacturer in custom packaging and products. Wisconsin Converting Inc. (WCI) was founded in 1987 when John C.

Brogan purchased, from Thilmany Pulp & Paper, the 70-year-old bag converting operation that manufactured paper packaging for retail and industrial users. As a manufacturer, WCI sells exclusively through a growing list of over 1,400 packaging distributors in North America. The WCI manufacturing facility, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, employs approximately 100 people and houses machines for paper

bag manufacturing with in-line flexographic printing, post-printing, hot stamping, screen printing, sheer cutting, paper slitting and rewinding.
