Worked on a Saturday for a customer with a flooded basement. Fixed the sump pump and installed new plumbing for it. Cleaned up the excess water and ran some fans.

I found Shane Mowen to be wonderful to work with. I actually had two jobs - one was to replace the posts on my front porch and the other was to repair the strip separating the kitchen from the dining room. Both jobs required extensive work and Shane finished them both beautifully. I plan to hire him again for my next project and I highly recommend him.

I hired Apex for a complete apartment remodel job in Chambersburg. I can honestly say that Shane is the best contractor I have ever worked with. The quality of his work is excellent you are guaranteed to have it done right the first time. Shane does not cut corners. The prices are very competitive, they show up when they say they will and they keep you updated throughout the project. I highly recommend Apex and have already contacted them for additional jobs.
