This 1,200 sq ft composite deck required extensive prep work, including landscape removal, utility relocation, structural repairs to the home, and moisture protection throughout the framing. We replaced rotted band boards, installed oversized beams and posts, tightened joist spacing, and protected the entire subframe with joist tape to maximize lifespan.
Finished with TimberTech composite decking, PVC fascia, hog panel railing, and a dry under-deck lounging area, this project was built for durability, safety, and everyday enjoyment.
