We’re officially tearing down this older lake house to make way for a brand-new custom build right here at beautiful Lake Oconee! 🏡✨

While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to the memories these walls have held, we’re excited to create a modern lake retreat designed for today’s lifestyle — open-concept living, expansive windows with stunning lake views, outdoor entertaining spaces, and all the luxury details that make lake life even sweeter.

Lake Oconee continues to be one of the most desirable places to build, invest, and call home — and projects like this are a reminder that sometimes the best way to honor a property is to reimagine it.
