Open to full-time or subcontract, depending on fit. Ideal skills include light framing, drywall repair, basic plumbing and electrical, door and window replacements, trim carpentry, tile setting, cabinet and vanity installs, hardware, flooring, paint, caulk, siding, and general punch list tasks.
