Here is a bathroom remodel we did last year where the customer stated they had a major leak rotting nearly all the subfloor overtime. We came in and tore out all the old flooring and subfloor, re-framed the joists, and put down a brand new vinyl floor. We also repaired the badly damaged shower and ceiling. Here is a beautiful deck repair we did up in Simpson, NC. Customer called with major rotting wood on this huge 16x16 deck so we came in, replaced 90% of the floor joists, and placed these fresh decking boards. Customer called with water damage underneath home and soaked subfloor. Turns out they had a MAJOR water heater leak which caused a bunch of insulation to fall as well as causing mold to grow on the subfloor underneath. So we came in and completely replaced the subfloor, hardwood, tile, and shower! Everything turned out GREAT and the customer was more than happy.
