This is a spec home turned custom we built a while back. The plan is Catawba Ridge by Frank Betz. The buyers purchased this home during framing and were able to pick out their interior & exterior finishes!

We removed the garden tub in this bathroom to create a custom vanity with a bench. We also enlarged the tile shower, added a tile seat, installed a clear frameless glass shower door, and installed a double passage sliding door with exposed track & hardware. Before and after pics below.

We removed a wall to give this kitchen an open layout and added an island. New cabinets, granite, lighting, flooring, and appliances.
