Includes:
• Me standing behind you while you attempt your own remodel
• Occasional head shakes and deep sighs
• Saying “you might want to rethink that” at least 3 times
• One emergency tool loan (you won’t have the right one)

Premium Package ($499) includes me taking over halfway through when things go sideways.

Exterior remodel completed on 7th Street.

We removed the old siding and outdated windows and rebuilt the exterior for long-term durability and energy efficiency.

Scope included:
• Removal of existing siding and windows
• Installation of custom Milgard windows & sliding glass door
• New exterior sheathing
• Tyvek water barrier
• New stucco finish
• Replacement of all wood trim with Hardie composite cement boards
• Sherwin-Williams top-tier exterior paint system

Built to last, sealed properly, and finished clean.
