This was finally made public today!
The self propelled Rake, Shredder, Blower combination we created with HCL Machine Works doing the fabrication just won!
We were chosen for the Top 10 Ag Innovations Award for the 2025 World Ag Expo held in Tulare, Ca out of 96 applications!

OPERATOR NEEDED FOR THIS MACHINE!

Three years ago I had this idea. A way to clean up the prunings after we top and/or hedge orchard and for
hand pruning as well. A way to do it more efficiently, cost effective, saving growers time, and money.

In February at the , I presented the idea to Casey Campbell at of South Dos Palos, Ca. Casey responded “I don’t see why we couldn’t make it work.”

Over a period of a couple months, Casey and his Team at HCL Machine brought it to life. Between Casey’s ideas and mine, a robust frame was built to do what has never been done before. We added this design to an OMC Elimbinator Brush Shredder with a 600 HP Cummins X15 diesel engine.

The result has proven to be what I had hoped for and more. This 3-in-1 solution that has now received its provisional PATENT! This Machine in one pass (1) RAKES prunings into a windrow, (2) SHREDS them into fine material, and (3) BLOWS the berms clean.

The machine travels faster than I had hoped and reduces per acre costs significantly.

Although there have been a series of challenges and setbacks, it will be back running in the field tomorrow. Let me know if you want to see this beast run in person. It is beyond impressive.
