Hope everyone is soaking up this gorgeous weekend warmup! ☀️ After the cool spring we've had, we all deserve a little sunshine.

Dirty condenser coils packed with a season's worth of gunk. Mice and rodents that spent the entire winter cozied up inside outdoor units — chewing on wiring and making themselves at home. And just this week, bad capacitors AND failed condenser fan motors on calls in both Blaine and Lake Elmo.
