Kimber 2K11 4.25" stock vs V6 port testing. I have around an hour of footage to edit. Did some accuracy testing with the Ransom Rest and from a rest on the table. Stock wasn't as accurate as I thought it would be but the V6 was almost identical in grouping. The best group of the day was from the table with the V6 barrel. I'll get the recoil and velocity data sorted out and posted in a day or two.

HK VP9 with Romeo X optic cut. How snug is your optic pocket? I love how low the deck height is on this optic. No need for taller buis.

Kimber 4.25 2K11 V6 port testing coming soon. After I test v6 vs the factory barrels, I am going to turn them into V6 with top ports. V6+3 on the regular model and V6+2 on the comped model. MJD Solutions LLC Kimber

Another 2K11 added to the R&D fleet. This time it's a 4.25". I have a few of these slides in the shop waiting for porting and I wanted to do some testing first. My boys 3d printed a mock up barrel for me to check the port alignment. Looks like it's good to go. I'm excited to test this one. I usually prefer the recoil impulse of 4"/4.25" guns over 5". We'll see if I like this one better than my 5" 2K11s. grip for the win.

Heckler & Koch VP9 with SIG SAUER Romeo X optic cut. I've never used a Sig optic but I really like the low deck height on this one. No need for taller back up iron sights. Should I get a couple Sig optics for some of my test guns?
