Mr. Ruder Communications Specialist at the Butler County Treasurer's Office. Graduated from Miami University in 2002 with a degree in Mass Communications.

I previously taught Journalism, Broadcast journalism, Video Production, Creative Writing and Communications at New Miami High School. Earned my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Miami University in 2008. Since 2002, under the name Mooseboy Productions, I produced short form videos and commercials for Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Servi

ces, Warren County Board of DD, and the Southwestern Ohio Council of Governments. I've also created videos for United and Way and P&G.
