Shelly and Terry Draper- moved to the area in 2002 and also own Middle Ridge Campground. Terry has been doing construction his entire life and brings over 40 years of experience to the company. He began as a carpenter and worked his way up to senior management of several major building companies in the Northern Virginia area. Decidin
g it was time to be closer to home and back to his roots of carpentry Golden Rule Associates was born. Shelly has a background in home sales and real estate and is a major asset to the team! When you call, she will most likely be the one to answer the phone! Madison and Justin See- Madison is a Hampshire High School graduate. Madison and Justin are both paramedics and involved in the community. Justin is also a volunteer firefighter at a local fire department. Justin has experience working in Northern Virginia as a construction project manager building communities. The group decided to pool resources and the decision was made to go into business for ourselves which would allow the application of our golden rule philosophy to our customers. Our focus is to provide quality work/services and treat customers the way we would want to be treated. We believe in this so much that we made it the name of our company.
