We have an 3 pack of 16x25 DYNAMIC filters we cannot return! Unfortunately for us we don’t have many customers that have dynamic filters!

Fortunately for YOU we’re looking to take on more houses and if you have this filter set up, we will discount maintenance+ filters !

How is this something you can be proud of? How many people looked at this and said this was okay? 3 extra seconds could have made all of the difference.

Undersized for the property, 0 craftsman’s ship. This is the stuff that doesn’t fly here.

Another beautiful install by Shadow Heating & Cooling!

We installed a new Rheem 50,000 BTU 80% furnace,

added a filter rack where there wasn’t one before, and repiped the AC condensate drain for a clean plumb look.

Another home ready for the heating season!

Our focus is to maintain top tier reliability with no sacrifices; that is just one of the ways that makes us stand out from the crowd.

From a junk falling apart Amana by Goodman combo to a real set up.

To start off we did an 80% to 90% conversion with the exhaust and intake. Sealed off the existing furnaces chimney access and ran our pvc which will now serve as combustion air and exhaust.

We installed the new 97% American Standard S9V2
2 stage variable speed 80k (one of of favorite furnaces)

Our absolute tank of a condenser the
14 seer Ameristar by American standard along with a surge protector on the AC unit.

Mulching and boosting curb appeal all the while making your neighbor jealous how quiet our unit is all comes standard operating at less then 65db! That’s barely a buzz at less then 10feet.

We also added many extras like
-Aprilaire 700 power humidifier
-Condensate pump
-4” Media filter
-Nest WiFi 4TH GEN learning thermostat
20x25x10 return drop / with dual ability to run 1” filter
We also added 2 electrical outlets at the furnaces.

This customer will now reap the benefits of a truly comfortable home.

So who’s next?

Being an American Standard dealer is funny… we spend a lot more time fixing and replacing other brands than we do actually wrenching on our own equipment.

Today we upgraded this home with a 100k BTU, 96% efficient TWO-STAGE American Standard furnace paired with our tried and true 14 seer Ameristar by American Standard condensers!

The old furnace was also installed as a one pipe system. We added a dedicated fresh air intake from outside, giving the new furnace its own combustion air and exhaust.

A SHADOW installed system increases your chances of a comfortable home by 1.0E6!

4 years ago I quit my job, took a chance, and installed my first AC unit under Shadow Heating & Cooling.

These are my humble beginnings as I started out of my parents’ old Escalade and a $600 makeshift trailer to haul equipment.

Today, we’ve served thousands of homes, built a name in our community, and met a lot of great people along the way which is absolutely priceless.

So many opportunities have given us the chance to step up and be the change in the world that we wish to see.

Crazy to look back at where it all started. I’m so proud of how far we’ve come and we’re nowhere near done.

Thank you to everyone that has stuck around we ❤️ you.

Like nails on a chalkboard! This is the extreme side of what COULD happen to a blower wheel when it’s warped.

The next question is how does a blower wheel become warped. That’ll be our next post!
