We’re excited to show you something a little different! 👀🏡

This duplex in Surf City, NC was customized as a variation of our Seagrove II Coastal, with two separate units — each featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 920 sq. ft. of living space.

Built on pilings for this property close to the beach, it’s a great example of how our design and build process can take an existing floor plan and turn it into something completely customized.

This design can also be built as a ranch-style duplex, giving you even more possibilities.

At Future Homes, we’re proud of the homes we build - but even more proud of the people behind them. Today, we’re celebrating Andy, our Hampstead Construction Superintendent, and Kayleigh, our Ocean Isle Beach Service Coordinator, based out of our Hubert Design Center.
