🚛 We're Hiring: Fleet & Facilities Manager
As Broco Energy continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Fleet & Facilities Manager to lead the performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet across multiple locations.
This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring our trucks, equipment, and facilities are operating efficiently while supporting the teams that keep our customers running every day.
In this role, you'll:
- Oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, and replacement planning
- Manage equipment acquisitions, vendor relationships, and maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Optimize fleet utilization and reduce total cost of ownership
- Lead inventory management and resource planning across multiple regions
- Improve fleet operations through Fleetio and data-driven decision making
- Conduct field visits, audits, and support operational teams
We're looking for someone with:
✔ 3–5 years of fleet management, maintenance, or logistics experience
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial fleet operations and compliance
✔ Experience managing vendors and maintenance programs
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Fleetio experience preferred
✔ A passion for building efficient, safe, and high-performing operations
