Applicants must have:
• 5–7+ years of experience in a lead carpentry role
• The ability to independently interpret architectural plans and execute projects from frame to finish
• Experience with custom built-ins, cabinetry, vanity installation, trim work, and finish carpentry
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Confidence navigating active job sites, including climbing ladders, working on roofs, and entering crawl spaces
