Hey everyone!! We are in need of a few Entergy Mississippi folks to be our first Mississippi customers.

Entergy Mississppi has a program available to all customers to help you save money on your bill. SunCrop is now able to provide these services for homes in our area!!

This is very similiar to the work we have been doing in Arkansas the last five years but it is a different program so we need a few “practice houses” we can do to show them we know what we are doing.

We love receiving feedback like this from customers!

Earlier this week, our crew performed needed energy resiliency upgrades to this customer’s home. With relentless Delta heat and humidity, the air conditioning at this house ran constantly and never reached the set temperature. A quick assessment revealed inadequate attic ventilation, missing insulation, and significant air leaks that were allowing hot, humid air to enter the house. In one day of sweating our tails off in the attic, the problem was solved.

And thanks to the Entergy Solutions program, all of the energy resiliency upgrades were completed at no expense to the customer.

This customer cannot wait for her insulation upgrade next week. Cellulose insulation is treated with borate as a flame retardant. Borate also happens to be a very effective pest repellent.

Entergy Arkansas is helping its commercial customers save energy and money the smart way. Enroll your qualifying smart thermostat in our Smart Direct Load Control Program and earn incentives.

How it works
The Smart Direct Load Control Program helps reduce high energy demand in the summer, when tens of thousands of central air conditioners and heat pumps are all running at the same time, putting a strain on the power supply. That’s where you come in. On days when electricity demand is highest, we will automatically send a signal to your thermostat to raise its temperature to a set point for the length of the demand response event. These events may occur from June 1 through Sept. 30.

Benefits
Help prevent outages by automatically reducing your energy use when electrical demand is high. y Earn cash incentives when you enroll and by participating in events. If you already own an eligible device, all you have to do is sign up. y Do your part for the environment by saving energy.

Who’s eligible?
Entergy Arkansas commercial customers who own a business, have central air conditioners, have Wi-Fi and have a qualifying smart thermostat are eligible to participate. Eligible smart thermostats y Emerson Sensi Touch and Sensi Wi-Fi. y Honeywell Lyric T5, T5 Plus, T6, T9, T10, 9000 Smart, Wireless FocusPRO and Round Smart.
