A construction professional with more than 20 years of industry experience, Steven has led estimating and project management efforts on a wide range of hospitality, gaming, commercial, education, and industrial projects, including several landmark developments throughout the Southwest region.

As Senior Estimator, Steven will support preconstruction planning, develop accurate cost estimates, and help drive successful project outcomes through collaboration and strategic problem-solving.

This past Saturday, TPBC had the opportunity to volunteer with Hope For The City and support their mission of serving families in need. Together, our team helped provide food assistance by organizing food and distributing groceries to 419 families in our community.

We're grateful to everyone who gave their time, energy, and heart to serve others. Thank you to Hope For The City for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful event!

Tutor Perini Building Corp. is proud to have been selected by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma for its $140 million Choctaw Casinos & Resorts – Pocola, OK renovation and expansion project. The scope of work includes interior and exterior renovations of the existing hotel and casino, including all food and gaming venues, as well as construction of a new adjacent seven-story, 130-room hotel tower with a spa, fitness center, and pool complex. Construction is expected to begin soon in the third quarter of 2026.
