Rough in completed on a couple cabins in Belmont today. A great alternative on new or renovated construction to the traditional line sets run on the exterior. Units will be finished out once interior finishes are complete.

It feels pretty good to finish this one up, thanks to good help yesterday we got it done, 5 individual units for this apartment building, we were able to put the outside units out back and out of sight with minimal line set exposed. I think it came out pretty good!

Lately we’ve been quiet but for good reason, we’ve been busy. Here is a little photo dump for the recently completed jobs.

Also I’ve recently completed the necessary steps to become a Qualified partner with Efficiency Maine, this means I can do commercial/industrial jobs and qualify for Efficiency Maine rebates. This is big news for other small businesses as the commercial rebates can really add up! As always we can service your residential needs as well. Wrapped up another 15k High efficiency Fujitsu today, utilizing a nice foundation mount for the outside unit. This is the best of both worlds, no vibration transferred to the house along with no movement from frost.
