Bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans are important—but once they’ve done their job, turn them off.

They push conditioned air outside, which means your HVAC system has to work harder to replace it. Run the bathroom fan during your shower and for about 15–20 minutes afterward. Use the kitchen fan while cooking, then switch it off when you’re finished.

A small habit that can help keep your home comfortable and avoid wasting energy! ❤️💙

❤️ SOMETIMES A SERVICE CALL MEANS A LITTLE MORE.

We had the opportunity to help a mom this morning whose husband had recently passed away, leaving her to care for their three young girls.

On top of everything her family was already dealing with, she was facing an expensive HVAC repair that another company had recommended.

We came out, took our time, went through the system thoroughly, and found that there was a much more affordable way to get her home comfortable again.

Moments like this are exactly why our technicians aren’t paid commission.

There was no incentive to sell her something she didn’t need. Our only concern was fixing the actual problem and keeping as much money in this family’s pocket as possible.

We know we’re just an HVAC company, but sometimes doing the right thing can make somebody’s already difficult week a little easier.

That means more to us than making a bigger sale.
