Almost finished with the trailer setup! I’ve rearranged and reorganized this thing more times than I can count 😂 This time, I added the flooring and took out quite a few tools and boxes to cut down on weight. Had to figure out what I actually need to keep in the trailer and what I can do without. Still have a few finishing touches left, but it’s finally coming together!

Swapped out all three toilets today. Old ones were cooked. New ones are in and set on fresh wax rings, reconnected the supply lines, and checked each one for a proper seal and flush.

Went back to the daycare that I put a few pass-through vents in last month.
Those rooms that were always either freezing or way too hot evened out a lot once the air could actually move between them. Owner noticed the difference and asked me to do the rest of the rooms.

Simple fix, but it made a big difference.

I also wanted to say thank you to the owner of the daycare for trusting me and continuing to call for any repairs and work they need while also referring me to others!

Replaced two bathroom fans for a customer. While I was there, she asked if I could help her get her TV mounted, so I went ahead and took care of it for her.

Replaced all the drain lines on this 3-compartment sink and got everything cleaned up and draining properly. The old setup had all the drains basically dumping into a large 6” reducer. I removed the old setup and ran all three sink drains together and added a couple clean outs.

Had a customer call for a dishwasher that needed some repairs. After checking it out, the repair cost just didn’t make sense compared to getting a new one.

The customer agreed and picked out a new dishwasher. Then I took care of the rest, I picked it up, delivered it, and got it installed

Reach-in freezer repair. Unit not making temp.

System temp was above 60 degrees when I got to the job. Before leaving the job I made sure the unit was running like it should and making temp.

Repaired wiring to evaporator fan, cleaned coils, and added some refrigerant due to the king valve not back seated completely causing refrigerant to leak out.
