Kevin didn’t build this company overnight. With more than 25 years in the HVAC industry, his journey started in the field — learning the trade from the ground up, mastering both residential and commercial systems, and building a reputation for honesty, hard work, and doing things the right way. 

From working on family homes to leading HVAC operations at major facilities like the Moda Center and Intel, Kevin built his career on one simple principle: take care of people first. 

That same principle became the foundation of O’Leary Air — a family-owned company built on integrity, quality workmanship, and treating customers like family, not numbers.
