Cabinets cannot be set directly onto a floating floor. The weight of the cabinets will prevent the floor from moving leading to buckling and other issues. One option is to set the cabinets on the floor and leave a 1/4" gap in the floating floor around the base to allow for movement. The gap then gets covered by a trim piece. Another option and the one I prefer is to set the cabinets on a separate base that is directly on the floor then scribe the cabinets, so they sit on top of the floating floor. The weight is transferred onto the base allowing the floor to move without adding a gap and other trim pieces. It provides a much cleaner look.
