Looking for a handyman.
A client of mine is selling a house in Pembroke Pines. There is a short list of items that needs to be addressed before closing. Can anyone recommend a licensed and insured handyman? List of items to be fixed include:
1- Install a self-closing hardware on a screened-in patio door.
2- Repair a door leading to the garage that is not latching.
3- Repair a leaking P-trap in laundry room
4- Roll-up garage door needs weatherproofing at the bottom
5- Replace a GFI outlet in bathroom

I am a State certified GC. I specialize in Code Violations. I’m looking for a licensed architect to provide signed and sealed plans for four of my projects in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale.

Can anyone recommend a responsible and responsive architect in Broward County? It would be great if they had experience with after the fact permits and plans. The complete set of plans should include architectural/structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
