This Vestavia Hills home featured an oversized living room that offered an opportunity to create additional functional living space without constructing an addition. SouthFace Renovations and Construction transformed a portion of the existing living room into an entirely new primary suite, while maintaining a spacious living area and preserving the original character of the home.

The completed primary suite includes a bedroom, full bathroom, and custom walk-in closet, giving the homeowners a private and functional retreat within the home’s existing footprint.

SouthFace Renovations and Construction is thrilled to announce a major new construction project. We have successfully secured 1 acre of land, navigated the subdivision process, and received final approval from the city of Vestavia Hills! 📝✅
We’ve collaborated with an architect to draw up stunning plans, and the pricing is officially complete for the first of two luxury new construction homes. 🏗️📐
