Partnering with other small businesses sometimes helps bring visions to life faster than we could on our own.

While we don’t typically subcontract portions of our projects, there are times when bringing in a trusted partner makes sense for both expertise and timing.

This beautiful stamped concrete pad completed by Clean Cut Landscaping, is a perfect example.

One of our clients had a tight timeline with graduation celebrations right around the corner and wanted to transform this outdoor space into something special. By working together, we were able to keep the project moving and set the stage for what’s coming next.

The stamped concrete created the perfect foundation, and now we get to bring the rest of the vision to life using pieces the homeowners already own, combined with a few carefully selected additions.

Stay tuned… this is just the beginning. We can’t wait to show you the finished outdoor entertaining space and how a little planning, some creativity, and great local partnerships can completely transform an area.

From dated and closed off… to bright, custom, and completely transformed ✨

This master bathroom remodel was a BIG one and seeing the before and after side by side honestly doesn’t even feel real.

The oversized tub is gone, the layout was completely reworked, and every inch of this space was redesigned with function, storage, and clean timeless finishes in mind.

From the custom cabinetry and double vanity to the massive walk-in shower and tile work… this one came together beautifully.

One of the biggest advantages of having both an experienced beekeeper and a construction team under one roof?

We can often prevent a simple swarm from turning into a major cut-out inside your home.

Swarms like this are typically free to remove while they’re still looking for a place to settle. Once bees move inside walls or structures, the process becomes far more invasive.

If you see a swarm, reach out quickly. It’s always better to catch them before they move in.

🐝 Honeybee Swarm Season is Here 🐝

If you see what looks like a cloud of bees fill the sky and then gather on a tree branch, fence post, or even your home… take a breath. It is called a swarm, and it is a completely natural part of their lifecycle.

Here is the important part:
👉 Swarms are typically not aggressive.
They are simply traveling. Their colony has already decided on a new home, and they are stopping temporarily to rest while scout bees finalize the move.

They may look intense, and yes they can fill the sky, but they are focused on protecting their queen, not bothering you.

What should you do?
• Do not spray or disturb them
• Keep a safe distance
• Give us a call or send a text

This is actually the best time to safely relocate them before they move into a structure, which is when removal becomes more invasive and costly.

We will come out, assess the situation, and relocate them to a safe spot where they can continue doing what they do best 🌼 (swarms, like pictured, are free of charge to relocate)

Sometimes it’s the “simple” upgrades that completely change how a home feels.

These windows started as fixed pane units that couldn’t even be opened… and over time had begun leaking as well. From the outside, it may not have looked like a huge issue, but inside? They were inefficient, dated, and missing that finished feel.

The new windows completely transformed the space.

Now both sides open for airflow and function, the exterior was wrapped in aluminum trim for a clean maintenance-friendly finish, and the casing paint was updated to tie everything together inside and out.

The difference is more than efficiency.
It’s one of those upgrades that makes you smile every single time you walk by.

Cleaner lines. Better light. Better function. Finished the right way.

When your contractor has four laser levels going… pulls out a manual level… and then grabs a black Sharpie to mark 8 tiles that aren’t quite perfect… 😅

You might’ve picked the right guy.

This is what “close enough” doesn’t look like.

Eric takes his tile seriously …. like measure-it-five-ways, rethink-it, adjust-it, and then still tweak-it-again… seriously. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about getting tile on the wall… it’s about getting it right.

And yes… those 8 tiles?
They didn’t make the cut.

We can’t wait to show you this one finished 👀

Out with the nice… and in with the wow.

This powder room got a full gut and a complete mindset shift.

We removed the soffit to open the space, stripped out the original finishes, and started fresh with a clean, intentional layout. The old tile was replaced with a marble herringbone that instantly elevated the entire footprint.

From there, every detail mattered.

A new vanity, updated toilet, and refined lighting set the foundation… but it’s the layers that brought it to life. Timeless picture frame molding, warm gold accents, and that deep green (Succulent by Sherwin Williams) completely transformed the feel of the space.

Same footprint… completely different experience.

What was once a nice powder room is now one of those spaces that stops you in your tracks.

And honestly… proof that small spaces can make the biggest impact.

Not every project happens with clients standing right next to us…

Sometimes it’s photos, videos, FaceTime calls… and a whole lot of trust.

This one?
Laid out step by step together from a distance. Every niche, every height, every line thought through so it fits them perfectly… not just “standard.”

Because there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to how you live in your space.

And Eric… a good sport every single time.
Jumping on camera, holding things up, marking it out, walking through every option, every angle, every “what if”… making sure we’re not just building something that works, but something that feels right.

Because we don’t solve problems the same way twice.

Every space is different. Every client is different. And we approach it that way from the very beginning.

And spoiler alert… that mindset?
It completely shifted this layout in a big way.
