SCE Powerplus is proud to be part of the team bringing Clock Tower Residences to life in Houston, Texas!

This seven-story, 218-unit multifamily development will feature five levels of wood-frame construction above a two-story concrete parking garage, along with thoughtfully designed residential amenities and outdoor spaces.

SCE PowerPlus is providing the electrical scope for this exciting project alongside Cadence McShane Construction We appreciate the opportunity to partner with their team and look forward to contributing to the successful delivery of Clock Tower Residences.

⛳ Proud to Support the Garrett Family Foundation

SCE PowerPlus was proud to participate in the Garrett Family Foundation Golf Outing in Colorado and support the event as a Hole Sponsor.

It was a great day bringing together businesses and industry partners in support of the Foundation and the meaningful work it does for individuals and families in the communities it serves.

🏗️ Project Update: PGA Station / Arbor House

Great progress underway at PGA Station / Arbor House, with serving as the General Contractor and SCE PowerPlus performing the electrical scope.

The project is moving along extremely well — we are already up to the 13th floor, with the garage reaching the 7th floor.

It’s exciting to see the progress taking shape, and I’m looking forward to being on site tomorrow to connect with the team and see the latest work firsthand.
