UWMF Dragon Grills

UWMF Dragon Grills Heavy duty grills, smokers and cooktops. Units are constructed of 11 guage and 1/4" mild steel. Grilling surface is 1/2" rebar. No assembly required.

All units are charcoal burning gravity fed and fan assisted. Units are fully welded with the exception of the removable deflector shield. Drain provided for grease removal and cleaning.

Here is an update on the UWMF DRAGON COOKTOP. Work is almost complete. Still needs gasket and latches at the hopper lid...

Here is an update on the UWMF DRAGON COOKTOP. Work is almost complete. Still needs gasket and latches at the hopper lid, and latch on the ash pan. This is a charcoal fired gravity fed cooktop. This is the tailgating version. I will build a cart for this later. Very heavy and durable. More updates soon.

Today we finished our latest design idea for a charcoal fired gravity fed grill. This is designed for the individual that enjoys being outside on the grill, but not really an open flame cook. Production will kick off today 12/04 with a working unit debuting on Monday 12/07. We look forward to introducing our latest design to all of you very soon. Stay tuned!

Welcome to United Welding and Metal Fabrication Dragon Grills. We custom manufacture high quality heavy duty grills smokers and cooktops. All products are constructed of heavy guage high quality steel. These units are charcoal fired using a gravity fed hopper and fan assisted for generating very high searing temperatures. Grilling surface is 1/2" rebar for years of grilling. Cleanup is made easy with a removable heat deflector shield, and drain for grease removal. Fully welded construction and no assembly required.
