The job was located in Houston, TX and completed in Nov 2020. The owner asked to change the house garage and make it as a small apartment including ( Bed room, Living room and Bathroom). The SOW included 1- 3rd remodeling - Free estimating 2- Framing 3- Sheetrock 4- Interior and exterior Painting 5- Roofing 6- Flooring 7- Electrical, plumbing & AC 8- Doors and windows installation 9- Fixtures Installation. All that has been done within 4 weeks.
