Restored in a beloved historic neighborhood for the son of its original owner, this home’s lives on.

The space filled with history, heart, and a touch of luxury. The original hardwood floors were lovingly refinished, and stained in a classic redwood tone, preserving the warmth and character of the home. The kitchen and bathrooms feature custom slim shaker cabinetry in soft, neutral hues, topped with Manarola quartz. In the kitchen, this elegant quartz waterfalls down the peninsula and extends up the walls as a backsplash, creating a seamless and airy feel.

Large-format marble tiles line the primary bathroom’s shower walls, while the floor and bench showcase a striking book-matched marble pattern. Elegant wall-mounted sconces with shades provide soft, inviting illumination.
