SKE Construction, LLC is an underground utility construction company that specializes in replacing and repairing water systems for cities and municipalities in Texas. We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist our Project Manager. The assistant project manager will help with inventory, picking up material, estimating, producing daily reports, drafting redlines, talking with engineers/other personnel, and any other duties to help out the project manager. The assistant project manager must be willing to travel within Texas.

Qualifications
• MUST be bilingual
• Valid Driver License required

We are an underground utility contractor hiring for a class B CDL driver. This job will mainly consist of someone who can run and get parts and haul equipment to and from the job site. This job will also require communication with the office when picking up material. This job will include labor. Job location will primarily be in Deer Park/ Baytown Texas area and will pay depending on experience. Average hours are 7-5 sometimes overtime work.

The Construction Administrator-s role is to provide the Construction Department with administrative support such as general office duties, data entry, construction coordination and administration and problem resolution. Support Construction Managers and team members on complex projects and assignments. Review the project in-depth to understand deliverables, schedule, and costs. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Set up and maintain project files Prepare bid invitations, budgets, change orders, work orders and other project documentation and upload and track in project management software, manage accounts and perform bookkeeping (expense reports, entering invoices, reconciliations). Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
​Strong organizational skills
Microsoft Office and Excel experience
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks

Pay: $15-$18.00/hr
Part Time: Monday - Friday 8 - 5 PM
