This month, we’re proud to recognize Renato Bustillo as our Employee of the Month for demonstrating outstanding professionalism and a strong commitment to safety during a recent incident while on route.

After noticing smoke coming from a dumpster, Renato acted immediately. He safely stopped, dropped the dumpster, contacted the fire department, and used his fire extinguisher in an effort to contain the fire until emergency responders arrived.

His quick thinking, composure, and decisive actions helped prevent the situation from escalating and exemplify the safety-first mindset we strive to uphold every day.

Congratulations, Renato, and thank you for representing Moffitt so well!
