We are honored to introduce Dr. Lily Brannigan, a remarkable advocate, disabled veteran, educator, and proud service dog handler. 🇺🇸💜
Dr. Lily served in the U.S. Army as a Korean linguist and interpreter before building a career as a Film Studies Professor at UCLA. Today, she continues her mission of service as a passionate advocate for the disabled community.
Together with her service dog and beloved companion, Herbert “Herbie” Howard Brannigan, she serves as a Georgia State Ambassador for the Invisible Disabilities Association and a Senior Ambassador for Kada’s Promise. 🐾💜
For Dr. Lily, advocacy isn’t just about wearing a crown — it is a lifelong commitment. She hopes to use her platform to bring greater attention to the needs of the disabled community and reach audiences where real change can begin.
And there’s so much more to this incredible woman — she is also a Masters-level silver medalist in pole aerial fitness! ✨

We are honored to introduce Dr. DeDe Howard 👑🌎
With an incredible 50-year journey in pageantry, entertainment, broadcasting, philanthropy, and the arts, Dr. DeDe is a woman whose life has been filled with purpose, dedication, and unforgettable experiences.
Originally from Minnesota and Florida, she is a proud wife of 50 years, mother of three, grandmother, professional ventriloquist, radio broadcaster, professional roller skater, entrepreneur, and doll collector with more than 3,000 dolls. She also has a passion for horses and owns a horse ranch. 🐴✨
Coming from a talented family of entertainers, Dr. DeDe’s father was a movie actor with MGM Studios, while her mother was a world-renowned singer and makeup artist. Throughout her remarkable career, Dr. DeDe has shared memorable moments with entertainers, pageant leaders, senators, governors, congressmen, and legendary performers.
She has also dedicated her life to philanthropy, helping raise millions of dollars for numerous organizations and causes. 💕✨
With four doctorates, four languages, countless pageant experiences, and decades of service and achievement, Dr. DeDe continues to embrace every new chapter with grace and enthusiasm.

A full-time mom, full-time Ph.D. student, and Clinical Therapist at The Barry Robinson Center, Samantha-Ann is a woman who truly embraces purpose, education, family, and service. ✨
Her platform, Empowering Children with Disabilities & Amplifying Their Voices, focuses on helping families advocate for children with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. 🧠💜
Her pageant journey began at just 7 years old after being diagnosed with dyslexia, when pageantry helped her build confidence while facing bullying and challenges with reading.
Today, she returns to pageantry with a renewed purpose — to inspire others, use her voice, and make a meaningful difference in her community. 👑✨

Ms. Stella Reign International 2025 Kimberly Lewis
Her book will be published when she had to go through implants surgery, she made it through 4 oral surgery’s to get here and now she is modeling , just got selected for a huge runway show in La, test shoot in NEWYORK.
Her life with my caregiving is going well as she has been taking care of her client, who has severe dementia that’s going amazing and this book is about Carry for others caring for the ones in the Care-giver for professionally she have helped so many the last one in July working with hospice, and so on. She noticed evenly received a achievement reward, she have been successful and she is so happy how things have been. Kimberly appreciate all of people who were there for her on this journey so much with all her heart.
