Now is a great time to upgrade from that old R22 Freon system to a new higher efficiency system that will save you tons of money in electric bills and will even pay for itself over time.
What is left of the R22 will disappear quickly as no more is being imported OR manufactured in the US as of December 31,2019. There are “replacement” drop ins but those will be costly to retrofit.

The corrosion of evaporator coils comes from not having preventative maintenance done twice a year like you should as home owner. This customer in particular is frustrated bcuz now she has to replace a whole new unit which she didn't budget for smh I try to help as much as I can but if you don't do your part which is schedule a preventative maintenance check with me twice a year then... Ummm... tho
