Wise words from our Founder & CEO, Kevan Shelton, on what entrepreneurship and running a business really look like today.

It’s more than having a vision—it’s about adapting, leading through change, making tough decisions, and continuing to build even when the path isn’t always clear.

A real perspective on what it takes to lead, grow, and stay committed to the mission.

Looking back at a previous news feature highlighting our continued efforts to make homeownership more accessible.

For us, this work has always been about creating real pathways to ownership and helping more individuals and families build stability, equity, and long-term opportunity through real estate.

We’re proud to continue building on that mission and creating communities where quality homeownership is within reach.

📍 Right in the heart of Houston’s historic Sunnyside.

The Treme at Wilmington brings thoughtfully designed new homes to a neighborhood with deep roots, culture, and community.

Inspired by the character of New Orleans’ historic Treme neighborhood, this intimate 8-home community blends timeless architecture with modern living—creating a place that feels connected to its surroundings while giving homeowners something new to call their own.

Houston is growing, and so are we. 🏡

For us, it’s always been about creating more opportunities for people to own a quality home at a price that makes sense. With 25 years of combined real estate experience, we’ve gone from developing a 26-home gated community near the Texas Medical Center to taking on our first 100+ home development. And we’re just getting started.

More homes. More communities. More opportunities for homeownership across Houston.
