Full time / Part time worker needed -

We are looking for either a construction helper or a handy man to assist with minor Interior and exterior construction work.

Repairs will include but are not limited to the following:
-minor drywall, tile, framing, trim, siding, flooring, decks, railings, paint prep, window replacement, window screen replacement, window glazing bead, and light demo, etc.

This is an entry to mid level position for the right individual looking to enter the construction field. Must have own transportation. Some experience preferred but not required.

Pay based on experience, preferably 1099 contractor. Flexible schedule.

Must have your own transportation.

Work will consist of pressure washing homes and fencing, staining fencing, prep homes for paint, minor interior exterior painting, repairing siding, trim, fascia, soffit, interior finishes, installing flooring, replacing windows and doors, screens, decks, drywall repairs, insulation, texturing, water mitigation and dry out, re framing interior walls, replacing subfloor, heating and ducting, etc. We do a variety of work, expect to have your hands in everything.

Must know your way around basic tools.
