It takes a lot of hard work to be successful in the transportation industry. Many people think it's as simple as "loading and unloading the truck." However, that is not the case.

From dispatchers, to load boards, from negotiating the cost-per-mile with brokers, to maintenance on the fleet, there is a lot to consider. However late last year we began planning. All of the planning is about to come to pass shortly.

So here we go. 18 wheelers getting ready, box trucks getting ready, drivers are in position. 6 months of paperwork and planning, and we are a week or 2 from gametime. It's never about how you start the race it's about how you finish, and consistency is key.

After serving in the US Air Force, and 55+ years in the workforce, in 2023 I decided to build something that I can leave to my family, something that would last for generations.

GD&P Freight is in the final process of bringing our drivers on board, and closing out the last of the paperwork, to begin transporting goods all across America.

To everyone that participated in the hiring process from me and GD&P we would like to thank you. The only thing left is to get the wheels turning on our fleet, and we will begin next week. To all of the people who have followed us and supported us, I would like to personally thank you for helping me pursue my dreams.

Every food, toy, car, product... Every good that you consume must be brought to the location in which you purchased it. Goods are transported by land, sea and or air. We call the process logistics.

At GD&P Freight , we take pride in safely transporting consumer goods from warehouse to warehouse. This is a very important part of the supply chain, and supplying goods is what GD&P does.
